As we make our way into the heart of summer, I love seeing what other women are wearing.

While what we wear is always a matter of one's own personal taste, I love how fashion lets us quietly, or not so quietly, express out inner selves. I might not want to (or be able to, I mean really!) wear all these outfits, but I do admire the women wearing them for expressing themselves in this way.
Fashion, as they say about beauty, is in the eye of the beholder.
