Seattle's own fiber festival, Knit Fit!, debuts this
year with a full weekend of classes by local and regional designers and a
free-entry indie yarn (and more!) market with a special focus on local
producers.
Opening night lecture by Sylvia Olsen
on the history and women behind the legendary Cowichan sweater. Saturday
night "Game Knitting" with Lee Meredith is a knit-along movie night to
_Say Anything_. Plus prizes, book signings, and more!
Market hours 9am-5pm Saturday and Sunday.
